Sugarland Fall Tour With Kellie Pickler and Ashton Shepherd
(June 30) Sugarland’s 25-city “Love On the Inside Tour,” featuring special guests Kellie Pickler and Ashton Shepherd, has announced a tentative fall schedule.
Sugarland is an American country duo with lead vocalist Jennifer Nettles and background vocalist/ musician Kristian Bush. Last year Sugarland received the Country Music Association’s Duo of the Year award. On July 22nd, the duo plans to release their third album, “Love on the Inside.” Already their new single “All I Want To Do” is their highest country chart debut to date.
Special guest Kellie Pickler is an American Idol finalist from season five. Since the show Pickler has had three Top 20 hits. This year she walked away with three CMT Awards.
Ashton Shepherd is a 21-year-old country singer from Alabama. Shepherd’s debut single “Takin’ Off This Pain” was released in September of last year. Her song “Grand Ole Opry” peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. On the tour she plans to perform hit singles from “Takin’ Off This Pain” and from her most recent album “Sounds So Good.”
The Sugarland tour kicks off on September 13th at the Asheville Civic Center in Asheville, North Carolina. The final performance is scheduled to take place on November 16th at the Century Tel Center in Bossier City, Louisiana.
