(March 12)  American Idol’s Jordin Sparks and special guest Honor Society will team up with the Jonas Brothers throughout their upcoming world tour.

The Jonas Brothers are an American pop-rock boy band, consisting of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas.  The band has released three studio albums: It’s About Time, 2006; Jonas Brothers, 2007; and A Little Bit Longer, 2008.  While on tour, they will continue to promote “A Little Bit Longer,” an album that peaked at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 Chart and was certified Platinum.

The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009 kicks off on June 20th at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, Texas, and continues throughout the summer with a final concert on August 30th at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario.  The tour features numerous shows in the U.S. and Canada, as well as select shows in South America and Europe. 

Ticket presales begin on March 16th for Team Jonas fan club members and March 18th for Citi cardholders.  Public onsales open on March 20th.
